Brief History
Established in 1989 in Okhla, New Delhi, Linkwel was founded by visionary entrepreneur Mr. Suresh Bagga. Starting as a specialist in crane component manufacturing, the company has since expanded into a comprehensive provider of elevators, cranes, and precision-engineered components, driven by decades of engineering innovation and deep industry expertise.
Leadership
Today, Mr. Sunit Bagga, son of Mr. Suresh Bagga, leads the company as Managing Director. With deep industry knowledge and a steadfast commitment to innovation, he continues to grow Linkwel while honoring its legacy of engineering excellence.

35+ years of engineering trust, from a workshop to a pan-India manufacturer
- 1989
Inception of Linkwel Engineers, founded by Suresh Bagga as a workshop manufacturing crane components, including gearboxes.
- 1989 to 1997
Partnered with Avon, building foundational manufacturing expertise.
- 1997
Acquired our own factory, marking the shift from workshop to dedicated production facility.
- 1998
Began manufacturing goods lifts and cranes under the Linkwel name.
- 2001
Sunit Bagga joined the company, driving business expansion.
- 2004
Started manufacturing passenger elevators for residential and commercial buildings.
- 2025
Crossed 1000+ installations across goods lifts, passenger elevators and cranes.
- 2026
Launched our digital presence, with a new website and pan-India B2B, GeM and IndiaMART listings.
